Design & Development

SPDM's CEO has the unique ability to conceive and create a development, from inception to completion. He attended the University of Illinois, Chicago Campus, which was at the time, the best architectural school in the world, when Chicago was the Architectural Capital of the World. His deep and varied experience as an architect gives him the ability to design anything he "or you" can conceive. Several of the biggest general contractors and architects in the Chicago area served as his mentors. Among his mentors in development arena was Attorney Alfred S. Druth, who was the personal attorney for two of the largest real estate development companies in Chicago, (Arthur Rubloff Company and Draper & Kramer). Having worked as an appraiser, early in his career, SPDM's CEO knows what varied projects actually cost to build and knows how to value properties before and after completion. All of which affords SPDM a unique advantage when it comes to being able to create winning development packages.

Construction Management

Construction Management: SPDM hires only the best construction managers with a wide range of former iconic, stellar projects, including The Burj Khalifa and The Address Boulevard Hotel in Dubai. We work with the world’s preeminent structural engineer Charles "Charlie" H. Thornton, PhD, P.E. who is the founding principal of Thornton Tomasetti, the largest structural engineering firm in the world. He also developed the innovative TGE Top Down building process (which we use extensively). We have long term experience in multi-family and commercial building renovations, as well as new construction of all types.

Sales & Property Management

SPDM is experienced in the implementation of marketing, sales programs, management of sales organizations, and developing administrative procedures. We partner with the best real estate sales firms to represent our properties. We hire only the best and most seasoned team members to manage and maintain our properties.
